Tortfeasor Tuesday: Check your Nurse Practice Act, look for immunity rules, delegation rules, jurisdiction of a complaint, standards of nursing practice, good faith rule, gross incompetence rules, and if you are ok with what you see, go for it.
Otherwise, stay put. Florida's nurse practice act ranks a 1.5 on a scale of 1-10 on my book as far as protections for nurses.
