Nurses are being set up by their healthcare settings because they are whistleblowers, patient advocate, they go up the chain of command with safety issues, they ruffle feathers or refuse unsafe practices.

The game is the same. More importantly, the Boards know this is happening. There are 1000 nurses a month in California under investigation for "unprofessional conduct."

California is not alone. There are thousands of nurses being accused and the tactics are the same. Boards and the Department of Health act on every complaint, and most times than not they lack jurisdiction on those complaints.  We looked at Texas, Kansas and now let's see how Florida addresses complaints.

This is part 1 of 3-part series on this nurse who was accused in 2021 by the Holmes Regional Medical Center in Florida. The Department of Health took custody of this complaint and sat on it for almost a year. 

Then on Feb 24 of 2022, they write a motion to the Board of Nursing in Florida recommending everything except the death penalty for this nurse. The Board of Nursing is not a court, so what up with the motion? LMAO

Finally, the Department of Health aka the Division files charges against this nurse before their self made court aka the Division OF Administrative Hearings aka DOA soon after the nurse loses her lawyer because she ran out of lawyer money.

The nurse is force to be a Pro Se Litigant and on Sept of 2025, two months after telling their judge that they were ready to go to trial, and all they needed was a one day hearing, the "Division," asked their judge to please give them an extension, which was given by DOAH.

Days later, the Division cried uncle to their judge asking for DOAH to release jurisdiction, thus bypassing Due Process and go directly to the Board and let the Board punish this nurse.

Their judge approved that motion, and this nurse who is innocent as evidenced by the obstruction of justice tactics that were used against her, and knowng that the Division did not meet the Burden of Proof against this nurse, now waits to be punished by the Board.
