But Motions before the court are motions before the court. Legal arguments in the practice don't change. These examples and tactics are versatile, you can apply it to any state and any license if you are a Pro Se Litigant.

We went over rules for the State of Texas in Season 1 and Season 2. Season 3 and hereafter the Podcast will emphasize on Motions, court tacticts, and learning the rules from the Practice, to a complaint to any court.

The Podcast is free, and there is a Patron memberships. There you will see documents-motions, letters, and educational material so that you can prepare yourself if you or a friend find yourselves fighting for your license.

Prosebsn

I loved nursing. I breathed nursing; my being was nursing. I had many earned titles- BSN,CCRN, RCIS, Trauma Certified, RN for the State of Texas. I was on the top of my game in my field, and one of the Seven Deadly Sins “ruffled feathers” in my field. I was accused of violating my Scope of Practice. I did not. I was the first person/entity to access immunity. The Board of Nursing neglected to recognized immunity to me. I fought the accusations from the accusing hospital staff known as the “meeting of the minds,” and the Board of nursing through the years, and in multiple courts as a Pro Se Nurse Litigant.

The Peer Review did not disclose any documents or things to me, \"There are no witnesses against you. There are no documents. All you have to do is show up.\" This was a Sham Peer Review. Justice was denied in my case.

Florida's Nurse Practice Act is inept at best. I gave it a 2 on a scale of 1-10, but upon reading it, it gets a 1.5.
