Your First Motion V The Board

The process of a complaint against a doctor, nurse, or anyone who has a license to practice is to take as long as possible on the "investigation" process and repeat that process once charges are filed in SOAH or the "Division."

Once the doctor or nurse runs out lawyer money, then they are "ready to proceed, Your Honor. All we need is a quick Zoom Meeting."

By this time, the investigators, members of the Board, and the Board's lawyers have violated multiple rules, regulations, and Constitutional rights against you. When they say that they are ready to proceed, you enter a Summary Judgment Motion before the court and ask for sanctions and exemplary damages.
