Those who have a license to practice any trade continue to not advocate for themselves when they find wrong-doing at the bedside. This is what happens when you report directly where you work at.
The healthcare setting will go after your license by submitting a complaint against you. Then they will violate the rules that govern your practice on that complaint and may go as far as violating your Constitutional Rights to ensure your guilt.
When that does not break you, they will do surveillance on you. A
And it does not have to just be limited to the healthcare setting. If you blew the whistle on Corporate Greed, Big Pharma or whatevs, they will engage on causing you delays on your finances. They will ensure all economic opportunities are shutdown for you. And if you are still thriving, they will go after your side hustles with IT. If you have a website, they will use IT to divert your customers and ensure that you are a ghost on the internet. They will go after your medical records and any "confident" information that they can get.
When you continue to thrive, they will engage in 24 hour surveillance, intimidation tactics, to go after your reputation and your life.
This is the life of a whisthleblower. If you went up the chain of command on an issue at work, you're a whistleblowers. If you've ever been reported to the Board, you're a whistleblower. If you've ever been reported to the Peer Review, you are a whistleblower.
Do not report directly to the healthcare setting you work at. Claim immunity first.

A nurse in Iowa, Shannon Billheimer reported violations of Scope of Practice at the bedside and committed suicide after reporting to the healthcare setting.

DOGE shenanigans, contempt of court, and violations of Constitutional rights. Well, I hate to say I told you so, but I've been telling you that for the last three seasons. 
I did not mean for federal government employees to lose their jobs, but I've been saying that government agencies are utilized against you if you are advocating for patients or the public, if you do the right thing at the bedside, or if you are a whistleblower. 
Changes need to happen, but walking in to government offices, appointing yourself as a government officer, and taking documents and things by force from quasi government agencies, and government agencies is not what needs to happen. Especially if you take documents that wipe out any evidence against you in those agencies. 
I'm not going to lie. The leadership needs to be removed at the Board of Nursing, and those leaders must be made to work at the bedside for five years. They may not have a leadership role of any kind. They have forgotten what is like to be a nurse.

Are you waiting for an email demanding you list 5 things you have done to keep your job? This is the same as demanding you grovel for your job.
Don't do it!
Be ready for that email or that senseless conversation. While this #Podcast was started to educate nurses, doctors, healthcare providers on their practice, this season is depicting the Administrative Act. 
The Administrative Act must be followed by all staff who are employed, represent, or are government employees in any way shape or form #ElonMusk included.
We reviewed the #NursePracticeAct for Florida, we are making sense of the Nurse Practice Act when it comes to nurses who have to interact with the #BoardofNursing, the #DepartmentOfHealth, or any government agency or entity.
What would you do if DOGE comes in and trespasses into your federal building? I would treated like a CODE. Lock all doors, call 911, go live on your phone and call the people who are not afraid of the Donald, or Elon Musk: These are their public numbers, they know what to do and how to connect you to the right people.

What Is Good For The Goose Is Good For The Gander

Should I practice in #Florida with a Home State license? I wouldn't. I would practice with a Compact State License only as long as my Home State has strong Immunity rules in nursing practice. 
What is missing in the Florida Nurse Practice Act? Too much to list on this post, but follow up Season 3 on the Prosebsn Podcast to get the full update. There is no immunity, no standards, no jurisdiction of a complaint, the rules of the validity of a complaint against your practice are not there. 
What about the Advance Practice Nurse Rules in Florida? Same thing, and what is missing is that if there is a complaint against you.... Who knows who is going to look at your complaint and make decisions on that complaint. I tell you this much, is not going to be a panel of your peers- Advanced Nurse Practice Nurses, as it should be.

I have a compact license to practice nursing, should I practice in Florida?
Tortfeasor Tuesday: Check your Nurse Practice Act, look for immunity rules, delegation rules, jurisdiction of a complaint, standards of nursing practice, good faith rule, gross incompetence rules, and if you are ok with what you see, go for it.Otherwise, stay put. United Healthcare insurance companies and their practices are violating their contract with insurance holders and committing #insurancefraud in the process. 
Florida's Nurse Practice Act is inept at best. I gave it a 2 on a scale of 1-10, but upon reading it, it gets a 1.5.

Tequila Is Your Friend

Can you lose your license even if you are squeaky clean at the bedside? Absolutely.
Does immunity as a healthcare provider extent to protection to my family members who hold a license to practice in medicine, nursing, the healing art, or any licensing that is governed by SOAH?
No. But it should be!
Let us take this to Legislation, and let me tell you why. The easiest agency to use against an individual is the Board, but when the Board and those corporations, companies and haterville can not get to you, they will file a complaint against your family members to go after their license.
If I'm lying; I'm dying.
